Equity for your Company – How can we help you raise it?
Welcome to our new equity for your company section. We have exciting news for the new year of 2008!
KSA has teamed up with a leading quoted, turnaround finance investment company in the UK as well as a small number of “Dragons Den” type investors who have an appetite for investing in good businesses with insolvency problems.
We have a working relationship with a specialist investment company that may make investments in private companies that are experiencing difficulties. These difficulties may take the form of poor or dysfunctional management, cash flow problems, or the build up of debt to untenable levels or all three.
Keith Steven MD of KSA has worked in the Turnaround Capital market since 1998 helping launch two venture capital funds in this sector. Keith now focuses on providing rescue and recovery services to companies like yours and he recognises the difficulties in raising equity and debt for distressed companies.
Many people "talk the talk" re investment in distress situations but few actually invest in SME turnarounds. So thats why we have teamed up with leading turnaround capital and private Angel (or Dragon!) investors.
Some FAQ's
Will they invest in companies in company voluntary arrangements? YES, if the company has a sound product, service and management then an investment is possible.
Will they fund Administration pre-pack deals? YES. If the company needs radical restructure and protection via this method and you need equity and or asset based lending for "Newco" - we can help.
Will they support a phoenix through liquidation? POSSIBLY, although I would question why liquidation was being used!
So NOW, with our turnaround expertise and a possible investment, could we solve your problems?
As they say, “you don’t know until you ask”!
The first step is a private call to Keith on 07974 086779, or you can email him on keiths@companyrescue.co.uk with a synopsis of your problems and what the capital is required for. We will need to see quality / recent management accounts, a business outline (not a huge plan!) and some idea of the problems you face.
